When maknae is missing it's like the world gets tardism. I turn into a lame maknae and unnie is like a Ryeowook + Zhou Mi in the same body. This equals that Ryeowook is the band leader as Henry said in that Taiwanese show ("he's born in '76... 36... years old?").

Pumpkins and their behaviour.

Look at this picture first.

Let’s make a brief description about this guy. His name is Lee Sungmin, he’s 26 and it’s the middle member of Super Junior. Out of 13 he’s the 7^th and one of the 4 lead vocals. His favourite color is pink and he usually sleeps in night dresses (blue or pink) and that’s why his image is mainly cute and adorable. He knows how to cook and he has quite some knowledge about taking care of little kids. Sungmin is very kind-hearted and takes care of his younger band-members and truly respects the ones that are older. He got in the band as a very hardworking and responsible individual.

Now, let’s analize his fans.

Sungmin’s fans are named Pumpkins or Rabbits because... well... he’s very cute. Sungmin’s fans rarely love each other because they claim the boy as being HERS and only hers. If you like Sungmin you can chit-chat and make fun of him but you should beware of drawbacks you can suffer.

1. DRAWBACK NO1: If you wrong our King of Aegyo we literally go berserk.

2. DRAWBACK NO2: If you say that he is cute without saying that sometimes he’s manly as well we’re going to google-map your house and stalk you (because, lately he doesn’t like to be called cute).

3. DRAWBACK NO3: If you say that Sungmin is gay for liking pink we’re going to chop you in small pieces then ship you off to some war-stricken country.

4. DRAWBACK NO4: If you make Sungmin cry or sad we’re going to take your little sister’s bunny and kill your parents and your unsatisfied girlfriend/boyfriend (if you’re gay) and we’ll bury then in a sandbox in a playground.

5. DRAWBACK NO5: If you bash Kyumin (which stands for Kyuhyun and Sungmin) we are going to call Kyuhyun aka EVIL MAKNAE (this is enough terror for you.).

6. DRAWBACK NO6: If you do anything that will harm our cutie pie we’re going to f****** blow up your neighborhood.

But this will mostly not happen because Sungmin taught us to be patient and kind-hearted towards the BITCHES AND JERKS ones who misunderstand our lovely angel. Even so, please beware because we want to protect him properly and we’re going to kill you and your whole country if you do not behave :).

Paradoxul... ceva ce ma reprezinta dar nu il inteleg.

Mi-am amintit ca singurele mele amintiri din epoca post-SJ sunt cele cu mine stand la birou si invatand intens pentru teste si examene. Oare ce era in capul meu? Nu e mai amuzant sa stai si sa citesti fanficuri pornografice si sa astepti albumele an de an? Nu e mai amuzant sa realizezi ca un cerc nu poate fi impartit in 13 parti egale - pentru unii oameni - dar pentru tine si o piramida tetracilindrica sferoasa se poate imparti NUMAI SI NUMAI in 13 parti (eventual 15).

Mi-am construit blogul sa arate ca un fel de Roman al Adolescentului Miop din mai multe motive. Am si exagerat undeva, ca sa para mai dramatic, am si tras chiulul dar sunbae ma preseaza sa nu-l las balta si sa scriu in el mai mult.

Am ramas socata cand am observat care e diferenta dintre eul de la inceputul anului si eul actual. Nu numai ca sunt o optimista incurabila in ceea ce priveste viata de dupa scoala dar am si o pofta de viata fornidabila. Ma uit in oglinda si realizez ca cea mai frumoasa expresie faciala a mea este zambetul. Cand fata mea zambeste simt ca o fac pe miss America sa moara de ciuda si asta pentru ca nu numai fata e cea care e fericita, ci asa sunt si inauntrul meu.

Nu stiu ce mi-a venit si nici nu am chef sa-mi explic mie insami dar imi dau seama din ce in ce mai mult ca am ceva special (pe langa cele 15 minuni de pe peretii din camera mea). Ceva care ma diferentiaza de cei care aud in gol si vorbesc doar pentru ei.

Azi, la scoala, cand profesoara de geografie le-a explicat nu stiu ce chestie lui Bibo si lui Alex am vrut sa ma tarasc pe jos de ras. Pur si simplu nu intelegeau o iota. Aluziile ei nu prind decat la un anumit nivel de IQ pe care cei doi mentionati nu il poseda inca (LOL).

Lucrurile pe care le spune ea trebuie luate ca atare. Pur si simplu nu exista un sens ascuns, o misteriozitate. E simplistic spus, rolul nostru aici. Faptul ca lumea pe care traim si noi ca oameni ne pacalim pe noi insisi incercand sa-i pacalim pe ceilalti pentru ca suntem constienti de asta si la un moment dat o sa se intoarca impotriva noastra.

Dar nooooo, prostii cauta intelesuri ascunse, interpretari simbolice... nici macar cartea de hermeneutica nu poate sa-ti explice chestiile de genul asta pentru ca nu e nimic de interpretat.

My voice is very weird. I just asked myself this afternoon if it is possible for my voice to crack and kinda... my voice cracks only when I talk. While singing, my voice sounds like fading when I try to sing a higher note so I just float on the sheet wondering if my voice is muted completely or there is still air to breathe.

So, I’ll make Dara sound like the male version of TOP which is not 2ne1ish at all.

I tried to make my voice crack but it’s sort of... just impossible? My voice just fades like the Mother Nature put a cheap movie maker fade effect on my vocal chords because she was too lazy to add super-cool effects.

Now that I think again, I wish I had a crackable voice so that I would kill you all with my screaming.

(If Leeteuk can sing I can become a top-mega-voice like Yesung in 2 days!)

Deja sunt fana Kpop de ceva vreme si am ajuns sa privesc chestia asta ca pe o obsesie acceptata de propria mea persoana.

Mai mult decat atat, ma impresioneaza. E ciudat cum alte celebritati isi castiga painea dupa ce au fost culese de pe strada in timp ce altii inca mai muncesc visand la succesul lor.

Ma simt vinovata pentru ca m-am atasat de o persoana care nici nu ma cunoaste, sta la 7500 km departare si probabil ca nici nu ma va cunoaste vreodata si daca va avea « ocazia» sa ma cunoasca eu sunt cea mai norocoasa fata de pe planeta.

Nu m-am atasat niciodata de alte persoane fie pentru ca nu mi se par accesibile fie pentru ca pur si simplu nu imi placeau. In opinia mea, prietenul ideal ar trebui sa zambeasca 90% din viata si restul sa fie lacrimi de bucurie asta pentru ca eu nu sunt in stare sa fiu optimista atunci cand nu am prieteni de genul acesta langa mine.

Ca si acum... ma simt vinovata pentru ceva ce nu are legatura cu mine in mod direct dar in masa afecteaza persoana pe care o pretuiesc enorm chiar daca unora li se pare copilaros si prostesc.

How this article actually came about was because during the previous Cool Magazine interview with SJ-M, Sungmin complained about his position in the group - “I am actually exhausted with all the tolerating” As Sungmin is a very likable person off-camera, Cool decided to help Sungmin with his wish of breaking out of his gentle image which he had for so long.

A member like Sungmin, should have been the trump card of the group. I’d occasionally call him the “Firefighter”. When Donghae is not around, he can fill in his spot as one of the lead dancers, if Ryeowook is absent, he can also fill in the role of a lead singer. He can play the guitar occasionally while he sings. When he has the mood, he will perform a magic trick or two to entertain everyone. Of course, there is also that “hat dance” which shouldn’t go to waste. In Sungmin’s world, there isn’t anything that he specializes in but yet he can master everything. To date, he had tried acting and musicals while still juggling his usual workload and Sungmin’s overall abilities have increased a notch. It seems that Sungmin isn’t too suitable for joining SJ-M as compared to him the other members who already have some basic mandarin foundation, furthermore, his forte is Japanese which is why his first Solo performance is given to the Japanese. Due to this language barrier, there are times when Sungmin’s talents cannot be shown, the time taken to translate also makes if difficult for him to cope, just when he had came up with a reply for one question, the next question would be asked and he wouldn’t have the chance to express himself. Even Eunhyuk whose hosting skills are really good can’t manage to say much, much less Sungmin. But this difficulties didn’t stop Sungmin’s determination to nail mandarin. On Sungmin you can find unlimited potentials. He is someone who is able to bring you new surprises when you least expect it, but people would tend to forget the work put in behind these surprises. Lee Sungmin is an artist who goes by rules, singing by the rules, dancing by the rules, acting by the rules, all his achievements now are all thanks to his own hardwork. The gentle-looking Sungmin is unexpectedly stubborn on some things,for example, in order to perfect his dance routines, Sungmin will stay behind after their group practice and practice on his own in the studio. Everyone has their “beginner’s heart’ , but keeping it is another story. Especially in this field, where it’s full of temptations, and everyone is trying to climb to the top, hardwork alone is not enough. Living on this earth, Sungmin has his own set of rule for all his doings. His attitude in treating others, attitude at work, even those tiny habits in life, he will follow his own habits and organize everything properly. Such an organized person let the people around him feel at ease, he lives in the square that he has set for himself, never letting his emotions going out of the limit. Maybe easy-going people like Kangin will never understand how these patterns bring Sungmin a sense of security, but like what Ryeowook said, the moment Sungmin sat down, the world seems to calm. Sungmin’s world will not be easily disrupted by others, he will also not try to influence others. Normally, he will set a aim for his actions, and then he will out in his all achieving it. In his mind, achieving his goal would be the best way to prove himself, thus, during the due course, he does not need any opinions, that is also why Sungmin is able to bring you many unexpected surprises, because while he’s preparing these surprises for you, you are unaware of it. To put it in other words, it doesn’t matter to him if you knew.

Lee Sungmin does not hide his hopes and aspirations for himself, so you would be able to see him blossom at many places, leaving his own mark. Usually, when he gets interested in something or some mission, his eyes would exude a certain kind of Charisma, making it difficult not to notice him. Recently, Heechul had been promoting Sungmin, and kept saying that he is a “Chick which brokes through the eggshell”. Maybe he too saw Sungmin’s strengths starting to slowly emerging.

President’s poor viewership might cause the sponsors and producers to suffer for a period of time. For a show which casted an idol so that its political storyline does not seem so boring, Sungmin’s performance is the thing that shines amongst the other flops. There was even news describing him as “an idol which was wasted” to address that Sungmin’s parts in the show were not as many as expected. However, to Sungmin, viewership ratings and his trails are a different matter. Of course it is good to have high viewer ratings but for an acting newbie like Sungmin, starting off with excellent critiques might become a burden to him. “More and more idols are starting to go into the acting business, they have all made sufficient preparations and practice, many of them already have the talent for acting.But I do not wish to compare myself with them, as in ultimately, I am still a newbie and still have many flaws, but I will work hard to improve”.

If asked if he had other ambitions other than for his career, the answer would definitely be— how to get others to feel that I am a real man. This is something that it commonly seen as artistes would put in alot of effort to train their muscles, tan their skin to a bronze colour or act sexy for the screen just to tell the world that they are men not boys. Sungmin is burdened by his fixed cute image. If it wasn’t for his initial little animal-like look, maybe Fans would not link him with the word “cute”. If you want muscles, look at Kangin, if you want prettiness, look at Heechul, if you want cute, look at Sungmin…. this is their early image, and Sungmin wasn’t too against this. Just look at his interests and you can see that Sungmin isn’t too keen on all the aegyo and acting cute, but he is interested in martial arts. Being a grown man of 20+ , as he had accepted his given image in the beginning, he can only be troubled by it now. He had trained his muscles and corrected his bunny teeth, he does exude masculinity but occasionally his smile still looks cute. So the journey is still long, Lee Sungmin-ssi’s road to change continues.

Sungmin is definitely the best ‘Firefighter’ is Super Junior, with the title “Wherever there’s the need, I will be there”, we should really give him some credits. For example, when a member of the Teuk Academy could not be present, Sungmin will transform into a gag cameo; when one of the DJs couldn’t make it, Sungmin and his sweet voice will bring the listeners on a special journey. Besides all this activities, TV dramas, musicals, overseas developments have all became his main focus, and the always hardworking Sungmin of course will not let these opportunities pass him by.
